Tasmanic is growing fast. Therefore, we are looking for a partner (co-owner) who wants to build the next step with us. The exact position depends on your qualities: you can make an impact in sales, finance, operations, delivery or strategy - and preferably in several areas at once.
We are not looking for an employee, but for someone who wants to think along and build at an entrepreneurial level. Someone who operates independently, enjoys complete autonomy and likes to spar when it matters most.
What you will be working on
By 2026, Tasmanic wants to achieve 50% revenue growth. You play a key role in this from your own area of expertise.
For example, you will contribute to:
- Commercial growth (new business, strategic accounts, upsell)
- operational scalability
- financial structure and margin optimization
- process improvement and delivery capability
- team reinforcement at the right time

What we offer
- Participation / equity: any form is negotiable. Logical path: cooperation → small percentage → larger percentage upon proven fit.
- Management fee / salary: negotiable.
- Existing client portfolio: you will join a growing agency; bringing in your own clients is possible.

- Autonomy: you are given space. No guidance needed, but a strong sparring partner.
- Location: Eindhoven + hybrid/remote possible.
Who you are likely to be
Experience in online marketing is essential (e.g. SEO, SEA, CRO, content, strategic growth).
- You can operate independently and are comfortable with responsibility.
- You think in terms of opportunities, processes and scalability.
- You have either a commercial antenna or strong operational/financial skills (or both).
- You have an affinity for B2B or agency environment.
- Brainport/Eindhoven network is a plus.
Practical
- Start: Q1 2026
- Deployment: start part-time, growth to full-time upon mutual fit
